ORAL PRESENTER GUIDELINES
- Presentation Template: Please download the [ICVRSCET 2023 Presentation Template].
- Each speaker is allocated a total of 12 minutes—10 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions. Using the official ICVRSCET 2023 presentation template is mandatory.
- Exceeding the allotted time is strictly prohibited. We recommend rehearsing your presentation, including slide transitions and other elements. Going over time is considered disrespectful to the audience, the Session Chair, and fellow presenters. Session Chairs will enforce the schedule strictly to ensure the smooth running of concurrent sessions, which is critical for the conference’s success.
- Presenters must deliver their papers through live presentations, either in person or online via Google Meet, followed by a Q&A session during their assigned slot. A live oral presentation is required for papers to be included in IEEE Xplore. Google Meet links will be shared with online presenters based on their track and timeslot.
- Presentations should be well-structured, addressing the main elements of the accepted paper: problem statement, background, innovative methods, key findings, and any comparative analyses the author wishes to highlight.
- Prepare a suitable number of PowerPoint slides to fit within the time limit—generally about one slide per minute. Avoid overcrowding your slides with excessive text or graphics, as this may diminish the clarity and effectiveness of your presentation .
