About US
V.R.S. College of Engineering and Technology, established in 1994 in Arasur, Villupuram District, Tamil Nadu, under the aegis of S.P.S. Educational Trust, has grown into a reputed institution committed to quality technical education and research. Affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and approved by AICTE, New Delhi, the college is accredited by NAAC, Bengaluru, and certified by ISO 9001:2008. The institution is administered by a dedicated Board of Governors, including its Chairperson Mrs. Vijaya Muthuvannan, Secretary & Correspondent Mr. S. R. Ramanathan, and Director Mr. N. Muthuvannan. Call for Paper
The 1st International Conference on Veracity Research in Scientific Computing and Engineering Trends (ICVRSCET-2019) invites researchers, academicians, and professionals to submit original research papers for presentation. Hosted in a hybrid format by V.R.S. College of Engineering and Technology (VRSCET), Arasur, Villupuram, the conference aims to provide a dynamic platform to showcase the latest advancements across diverse fields including Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Applied Sciences, Library and Information Science, Humanities, Social Sciences, Management, Commerce, Economics, Biotechnology, and Bioinformatics.
With the theme “Advancing Innovation Across Interdisciplinary Frontiers,” ICVRSCET-2019 encourages high-quality submissions that address real-world challenges and emerging technologies spanning multiple disciplines. The conference emphasizes fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration, building global research networks, and promoting the exchange of pioneering studies. All accepted and presented papers will be eligible for publication in the conference proceedings with an ISBN.

Registration Guidelines
- The fees mentioned above include all applicable taxes and levies.
- Registration payment should be made only after your article has been accepted.
- Payments can be made via Online Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or Cash Deposit.
- After completing the payment, please send the payment proof (such as a screenshot, reference number, transaction ID, or counter slip) along with your Paper ID and other required details.
- Student registrants are required to submit proof of enrollment by uploading a valid student ID or confirmation of full-time enrollment.
- It is mandatory that at least one author of each accepted paper registers and attends the conference to present the paper.
- Abstracts of all selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN.
- Please note that refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

The Technical Program Committee (TPC) will determine the recipients of the awards by evaluating submissions based on the following criteria:

PAPER SUBMISSION
How to Submit a Paper for ICVRSCET-2019
Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers in PDF format, not exceeding 6 pages in a double-column layout, including all figures, tables, and references. Submissions must strictly follow the ICVRSCET-2019 template ( link here ). Papers that do not conform to the template, contain improper references, or exceed the page limit will be returned without review. Only original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere will be considered. Each paper should clearly state the research area, main findings, and contributions
All accepted and presented papers will be published in the ICVRSCET-2019 proceedings and will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore, which is indexed by leading Abstracting & Indexing (A&I) databases.
Important Notes:
- Submission of a paper implies a commitment that, if accepted, the authors will submit the final camera-ready version and present the paper at the conference.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration and payment before submitting the camera-ready paper for the proceedings.
- ICVRSCET reserves the right to exclude papers from the proceedings or IEEE Xplore if they are not presented at the conference

Review Process
All submissions will undergo a peer-review process. Accepted papers will be assigned to technical sessions. At least one author must register.
Proceedings
Accepted and presented papers will be published in the proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.
E-Copyright Form
The author or presenter must submit the E-Copyright form at the time of registration.
ICVRSCET Policies
- ICVRSCET reserves the right to exclude papers from post-conference distribution, such as withholding inclusion in IEEE Xplore, if the paper is not presented at the conference.
- All papers are reviewed under the strict condition that they are original, free from plagiarism, and not concurrently submitted to any other conference (i.e., no double submissions). Any breach of these rules will be taken seriously, and ICVRSCET will take appropriate action against authors involved in such misconduct.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR CAMERA-READY PAPER SUBMISSION
- You will receive reviewer comments via email. Please address their suggestions while preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The paper must not exceed six pages; this limit is strictly enforced. The final version must be submitted by 15th March 2019, which is a firm deadline
- At least one author must complete Full Author Registration and present the paper at ICVRSCET-2019 for the paper to be eligible for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Each registration covers only one participant. Co-authors attending the conference must register separately under the appropriate category. Please keep your payment proof, as it will be required during submission.
- If you have made direct payments through the Alternative Method of Registration (applicable only for Indian authors and participants), kindly submit the payment details via the provided Google Form after completing the transaction: Payment Details Form.
- Ensure your manuscript’s similarity index is below 25% using recognized plagiarism-checking software such as Turnitin. Papers exceeding this threshold will not be included in the conference proceedings.
- Authors must strictly adhere to the IEEE Template available here: IEEE Templates. Camera-ready papers that do not comply with these formatting guidelines will not be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore.
- Submit your camera-ready paper along with the e-copyright transfer form through Microsoft CMT. First, click on “Create Camera-Ready Submission” to upload your final PDF, then proceed to “Submit IEEE Copyright Form
ORAL PRESENTER’S GUIDELINES FOR ICVRSCET 2019
- Presentation Template: Please download the [ICVRSCET 2019 Presentation Template].
- Each speaker is allotted a total of 12 minutes: 10 minutes for the presentation and 2 minutes for questions. It is mandatory to use the official ICVRSCET 2019 presentation template.
- Exceeding the allotted time is not permitted under any circumstances. Practice your presentation thoroughly, including slide projection and other presentation elements. Going over time is considered disrespectful to the audience, Session Chair, and fellow speakers. Session Chairs will strictly enforce the schedule to ensure the smooth running of concurrent sessions, which is essential for the conference’s success.
- Presenters must deliver their papers through live presentations, either offline or online (via Google Meet), followed by a Q&A session during their assigned timeslot. Live presentation of Oral papers is required for inclusion in IEEE Xplore. Google Meet links for each track and time slot will be shared with online presenters.
- Presentations should be well-organized and include the key components of the accepted paper: the problem statement, background, innovative approach, new findings, and any comparative evaluations the author wishes to highlight.
- Prepare a reasonable number of PowerPoint slides to fit within the time limit, generally about one slide per minute. Avoid overcrowding slides with excessive text or graphics, as too much content can detract from the presentation’s clarity.
